Meet the Builder

Yoder Contractors, led by Wayne Yoder, specializes in custom home builds and renovations. Raised in an Amish-Mennonite family in Central Illinois, Wayne’s upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. 

Through years of working on the family farm and excavation business, Wayne gained an in-depth understanding of the building process from the ground up. From digging basements and ponds to setting trusses and constructing industrial buildings, he developed a passion for construction that shaped his career.  

In 2013, Wayne and his family relocated to Sarasota, where he obtained his General Contractor’s license and founded Yoder Contractors (License #CGC1528363). They began offering home remodels, additions and custom home builds up and down the Suncoast. With Wayne’s ground-up expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a skilled team of trusted trade partners, Yoder Contractors helps homeowners turn their vision into reality.
